Quality assurance
Incoming honey is delivered in foodstuff containers.
After thorough quality control through spot checks, it is stored in cool warehouses protected from light.
The product is heated in circulating air hot chambers and under constant monitoring transferred to the mixer where it is homogenized and then packaged.
Packaging is done by a volumetric dosing machine. The honey is dosed and then corked and sealed.
The entire process is carried out with the utmost respect for hygiene and in accordance with HACCP standards.
The ready-packed honey is stored at a controlled temperature (approx.12-15ºC) for proper crystallization until it is shipped.
